CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • Level 1: Foundations

    Learn the principles of Pilates and foundations for healthy movement. This class is appropriate for students of all levels whether new to Pilates or choosing to focus on the basics. The Foundations class is recommended prior to joining the Progressions class.

  • Level 2: Progressions

    Layer Progressions onto the basic exercises to deepen your workout. This class teaches students how to advance the exercises while staying true to form and integrity. Appropriate for students who understand the foundations and are are ready to increase the challenge.

  • Level 3: Dynamic

    Add a layer of Dynamic movement and flow to enhance your workout. Students are expected to understand the FOUNDATIONS of Pilates and modifications taught in PROGRESSIONS appropriate for your body and injuries. Previous Progressions classes, private lessons or permission from the studio required to join class.

  • Pelvic Health I & II

    A full body workout with focus on strength and flexibility for pelvic health. Class includes education and movement for pelvic floor, gluteals, hamstrings and abs. Pelvic Health I or privates lessons required prior to joining Pelvic Health II.

  • Shoulder Health

    Learn to move, strengthen and stretch your shoulders without creating strain or injury. Improve your form for shoulder exercises in all your classes. This class will dive into the mechanics and anatomy of the shoulder.

  • Oov

    Integrate the Oov into a reformer workout to challenge and support your body. The Oov is a prop that compliments the natural curves of the spine, useful for building control in the core. A private lesson or experience on the Oov is a prerequisite for acute injuries.

  • Stretch

    Stretch reformer class uses the assistance of the springs to find a deep and supported stretch for the full body. The resistance of springs enables the muscles to find strength in the stretch which builds long and lean muscles.

  • Cardio

    Advanced Pilates and Cardio together to increase your workout with a focus on form, function and fun! Appropriate for students with previous reformer experience who want an extra kick to class. Not appropriate for acute injuries or those new to Pilates.

  • Prenatal

    Stay strong and mobile throughout your pregnancy with an exercise program designed to grow with you. Strengthen and stretch your pelvic floor, hips, and spine for labor, pregnancy and postpartum.

  • Postpartum

    Enjoy a fun and nourishing workout that focuses on common postpartum needs, including pelvic floor education, diastais recti awareness and core connection. Babies are welcome (please read details in sign up for baby safety requirements).

  • Progressions with Apprentice Instructor

    A full body work out for students with previous reformer experience.
    Classes taught by advanced teachers-in-training finishing their education. Previous reformer experience required. Not suitable for clients with acute or complex injuries.
    $20 per class!
