Monthly Membership Terms & Conditions

  • The monthly Reformer Membership plan allows attendance to 4, 8, 12, or 16 classes in a month.

  • Classes do not roll over.

  • The month starts on the date the membership is first purchased, and auto-renewal is charged each month on the same date. The month is not the calendar month. 

  • 30-day notice by phone or email is required for membership changes or cancellation.

  • Memberships can be increased at any time; the billing date may change.

  • The purchase of a Class Pass or Single class is required when all classes are used in a month of 5 weeks.

  • A 12-hour cancellation for class attendance is required via the Pike13 app or by logging in here.

  • Please do not cancel attendance by email or phone call.

  • Members have access to ongoing bulk enrollment. 

  • Members must contact the studio to discontinue ongoing bulk enrollment in classes.

  • Members are responsible for fulfilling monthly visits despite class cancellations.

  • Renewal date/remaining visits can be viewed on Pike13app.

  • Memberships can be placed on hold in select situations. Please read below for more info.

Monthly Reformer Membership Benefits

  • On going bulk enrollment in your favorite classes.

  • 10% off grip socks.

  • 15% off first Private Pilates lesson (n.a. for Align, OT or PT sessions).

  • Single class discount - 8/12/16 x a month members receive discount for a single class.

    • Notify staff member to receive membership discount at purchase.

Monthly Reformer Membership Hold Policy

  • A hold can be implemented when a client will be out of town or unable to attend for another reason (surgery, injury, birth, etc.)

  • Membership holds can be held for 2 weeks to 2 months.

  • Members can use the hold option if they have been in good membership standing for at least 3 months. 

  • A monthly Membership plan can be placed on hold up to 2 times per year. 

  • Request for a hold longer than 2 months need to submitted by email and is determined per a case basis.

  • When a Membership is placed on hold it will reactivate on a specific date within the 2 month limit. The card on file will automatically be charged a prorate of any classes not used between the hold being lifted and the next renewal date to make up for lost visits.

  • When the hold is lifted monthly Membership auto-renewal billing date will not change.
